Fabric Inspection Cum Rolling Machine

checkMASTER IR™ (Fabric Inspection-cum-Rolling Machine) is completely made of Mild Steel with digital control panel. The specially designed fabric roll stand is provided to load the fabric to be checked. The bottom illumination unit is covered with milky white acrylic, which acts as a viewing area. The top illumination unit is incorporated for proper inspection. The front top & bottom guide rolls are wrapped with felt to support the fabric movement. The Front driver & driven roll Unit helps in making tight rolls of the fabrics. Specially designed tray is provided to keep loose fabric for inspection. The exclusive feature of the machine is that it can be operated by foot switch. The control panel is equipped with speed regulator, Forward & Reverse movement switch & also a digital fault counter.
