To build your prototype, we offer design creation where you can see your idea come alive on CAD. From the CAD drawing, the CNC program is created and then sent to the machining center to begin manufacturing.

The photo etching process, also known as chemical milling, basically consists of controlled removal of metal particles through a combined chemical and physical action.
 
Starting from a drawing that describes a customer’s design, a photo tool is generated by CAD software, and the negative of the shape of the part is impressed by light exposure on a thin photo-sensitive film, which is attached to both sides of a metal sheet.
 
After a developing phase in which film zones that have not been exposed to light are removed, the sheet is ready to enter the etching machine where a special acid will dissolve the polymerised zones and the final shape of the part is achieved. The size of the metal sheet is such that it may contain multiple parts (sometimes hundreds or even thousands), so as to lower the cost of the part as much as possible.

We developed an exclusive polishing keeping dimension, shape, sharp edge and close tolerances. Our expertise craftsman can achieve any level of required finish. We have the facility to polish moulds of any different size.  We understand the importance and know how to maintain sharp edges. A rolled edge can compromise the integrity of the seal when the cores and cavities together. This will lead to part flash depending on the material and other factors

we are specialist in handling hard chrome plating recondition and repair works for heavy range dies and as per customer’s requirement.

Hard Chrome Plating is accepted standard of Metal Finishing technique particularly for all type of Die, Machine parts like Piston, Sheet metal draw die, Shaft, Roller,  etc. which are subject to wear and tear due to friction. A major advantage of Hard Chrome Plating is that, it is a relatively COLD process, there is no fear of distortion of metal. Therefore components can be designed more economically. Other benefits accrue due to an excellent adhesion of the Chrome metal to the base material, a substantial improvement in surface finish and long life due to lesser erosion. By analyzing Customer's needs, we service them by various sizes of baths. The maximum size of bath having 1 mtrs in diameter and 2.5 mtrs in height. It has got semi automatic rectifier of 12 volts & 5000 Amps with accurate temperature controllers for the bath.
