Non Ibr Boilers

Nestler has developed a range of non-IBR boilers – the NNI series – in the capacity range of 200 kg/hour to 100 kg/hour. These boilers are ideal for small process plants with limited or modular steam requirements. Nestler non-IBR boilers use a duel shell reverse flame design that offers high radiant heat transfer. The four pass configuration with an integral atmospheric economiser and heat optimiser gives a high operating thermal efficiency of 88% on NCV of oil. They are easy to maintain and utilise high precision instrumentation for accurate control. They can be fired with a variety of industrial oils.
