This line is suitable to produce PVC spiral steel wire reinforced hose, it consists one extruder , spiral steel wire forming unit, cooling bath, haul-off unit, winder. The wall of pipe is transparent soft PVC with spiral steel wire inside, featuring extrusion resistance, corrosion resistance, static electricity resistance, anti-high voltage and good running. It is suitable for the conveying of high pressure or explosive gas and liquid, heavy suction and delivery of liquid sludge. It is mainly used for chemical industry, building and vacuum pumps etc. We supply the different model machine to produce the hose from 10mm to 152mm
