We have in house facility for the manufacturing of BFS/ FFSmoulds in AB-2 and non corrosive prehardend SS material.

For our two tier FFS machines we manufacture 5ml & 10ml moulds from 24 to 40 cavity.
Deflashing Machine
Product manufactured on our BFS/FFS machine are deflashed on a Deflashing Machine which is capable of removing.
- Bottom Flash
- Punching the hanger button
- Removal of top flash (All above deflashing is done in one operation for BFS containers)
- Removal of outside flash in multi cavity FFS cassette
- Punched article drops on the conveyor.
Large Volume Parenterals
Large Volume Parenterals are the containers from 100ml to 1000ml volume. These are manufactured by BFS (Blow-Fill-Seal Technology).i.e. blown by sterile air filled and sealed in one cycle.
These are typically used for intravenous delivery applications.
LVP has two types of Neck Design, one being nipple head and the other Euro Head.The LVPs are sterlised at a temperature of 107 - 121 degree celcius depending on the polymer used.
Small Volume Parenterals
Small Volume Parenterals are the containers from 0.4ml to 60 ml volume. These are manufactured by FFS (Form-Fill-Seal Technology). i.e. formed by vacuum filled and sealed in one cycle.
These are typically used for applications such as WFI (Water for injection), ear drops, nose Drops and so on.
The LVPs are sterlised at a temperature of 107 - 121 degree celcius depending on the polymer used.
