ECO-STAR SOLAR LANTERN
MG Solar Powertronics Eco-Star Solar Lanterns are portable, robust and light weight, accommodated in an anti corrosion Plastic body with glass cover around the lamp.
These are portable lighting systems, useful for indoor / outdoor usage, providing very efficient illumination for about 3 to 6 hours daily, with back-up for 2 days.
These are state of the art portable lighting systems using freely available Solar Energy. These days of depleting Electrical Power, abundantly available Sun light is used during day time to charge sealed maintenance free battery, which provides power for CFL or LED lamp whenever needed.
Powertronics Eco - Brite Solar powered street lights are stand alone, self powered, outdoor lighting options, and one reliable alternative to conventional lighting to provide light from dusk to dawn.
The systems uses the freely available SUN LIGHT during day time, to charge the battery through Solar Photo Voltaic module, and then automatically switches on a LED lamp, after sunset (through the battery), and switches off automatically at dawn.
The scheme consits of solar PV module, Battery, Luminaire with in-bult inverter and energy efficient LED lamp, etc. Moulded on sturdy structural support consisting of pole, weather proof battery box, mounting structure etc.
The sun energy is converted to DC electricity by PV module and keeps the battery on charge during day time, and lights-up the lamp in the night, with 3 no sun-shine n days autonomy provided
MPPT SOLAR CHARGE CONTROLLER
Solar-Maxx Charge Controllers are State of the art Maximum Power Point Tracking system, which maximizes the solar output energy by operating the Solar Photo Voltaic Panel, at it Vmp (Volt at maximum power).
As against Conventional Charge Controllers, where the SPV output is dragged to Battery voltage under charging mode, Solar-Maxx ensures operation of SPV at levels where the panel will deliver the full rated power.
ON GRID SOLAR POWER PLANT

Today, Solar Power Plants with Solar-Lit Power Conditioning Unit have an important use in areas remote from an electricity grid where they provide power for water pumping, lighting, vaccine refrigeration, electrified livestock fencing, telecommunications and many other applications. With the global demand to reduce carbon dioxide emissions, PV technology is also gaining popularity as a mainstream form of electricity generation. Photovoltaic modules along with Solar-Lit Power Conditioning Unit provide an independent, reliable electrical power source at the point of use, making it particularly suited to remote locations.
MG Solar Powertronics offers Solar-Lit Power Conditioning Unit (PCU) for Solar Power Plants, comprising of State of the art High efficiency 3 rate, Mosfet / IGBT based intelligent PWM Solar Charge Controller (to charge the battery at the maximum power available from the Solar Panel) and a High efficiency Mosfet / IGBT based SPWM Sine-Wave Inverter, to run equipments like Computers, Machineries, Fans, Tubes, T.Vs, etc. Provision for Grid connection is given to charge the Battery in the event of No - Sun shine day. With a flip of a switch the PCU can be set as Grid or Solar priority system. This type of PCU’s can be used in as Standalone or Grid interactive mode.
In this scheme, a Data Logger along with DC Energy Meter / associated circuits and a GSM Modem with antenna is installed inside a PCU, and the measured values and parameters like DC Voltage, Current, KW, KWH battery charging status, fault status etc. are simultaneously displayed in PCU and transmitted via a GSM network using mobile connectivity (SIM card).
At the receiving end there is a Master GSM Modem whose serial port is connected to a remote PC, and at predetermined interval (programmable) a SMS (containing all the measured values and status is sent by the transmitting Modem, which on reaching the receiving Modem is converted into appropriate signal so as to be displayed in the Master PC, the received information is stored in PC's memory along with Date and Time stamping which can be retrieved and printed any time.
The Master PC can receives inputs from multiple PCU's (upto 100 Nos or more) simultaneously and Displays all the parameters of the PCU's.
Software provided is installed in the Master PC and all the settings can be configured here, this can then be transmitted to multiple Remote Loggers.
