Clients can avail from us vibro sifters that are used for sieving, grading and straining non-isomeric particles. These sifters, along with the sieving, grading and straining machines, have special features with gyratory vibration. For sifting non-isomeric particles, the axis is correctly aligned with the screen. The center of gravity of the particles are above the aperture at any instant of time. Amount of particles in the screen is such that the large particles do not obstruct the passage of small particles. This is guaranteed by horizontal rotary motion with respect to the particles. Such motion in less vigorous manner is required during dry sieving or grinding operation so that particle sizes is not reduced or the screen is not damaged. The amplitude of vibration in the vibro sifters can be adjusted as per the processing needs.

We offer our clients Lifter Tipper Units, used for lifting fluid bed drier bowls, tilts and charging dry powder granules to the multimill. These lifter and tipper ensure dust free operation between the LPU and the multimill by interconnecting flexible latex bellow. Lifter and tipper units are simple stand alone units that are manufactured as per the GMP standards and requires minimum manual labor. These units are suitable for linear flow while facilitating fast operation, minimum dust generation and reduced changeovers.

Following are the design and operation details of our manufactured lifters and tippers:

• Tilting head along with the lifting head are housed on the yoke with horse shoe shaped stainless steel lifting cradle
• The tilting degree of the cone is possible due to the double action hydraulic cylinder with the help of specially designed rack and pinion assembly
• Operation of the Hydraulic power pack is done through a custom built panel with push button station for Raising / Lowering and Tilting
• Limit switches are provided for controlling the Up/ Down traverse
