Burnout Furnace
Burnout furnace is built in Stainless Steel body with high quality insulation between the chamber and body. Burnout furnace rests on angle framework. High quality bricks are used as internal wall of the furnace. Wax collecting setup is built at the bottom of the furnace. Furnace consists of heaters on all the four walls including the door. Heater will be housed in Silicon glass tube for the maximum heat transfer from the coil to the flask. 32 steps pid controller with safety controller is provided in the control panel of the furnace. Solid state relays are used for switching the heaters. High quality sensors are provided to sense the temperature.
