In this machine, the filling & sealing stations have common base frame making the size compact which saves space. These machines are preferred for large capacities with consistent filling volume. This machine has flexibility of single point adjustment for quick volume changeover setting. The machine has central reservoir system which is continuously fed by external source having float valve which sends signal to Solenoid valve.
The machines are suitable for filling & sealing of produtcs like syrups, suspensions & various viscous liquids. The machine can handle GLASS, PET & HDPE bottles with various caps like ROPP, screw, CRC etc. with suitable changeparts.
