Fluid Bed Systems

Kevin's Fluid Bed Systems are highly versatile and can be used for various processes; Batch Drying of granulates, Batch Granulation, agglomeration of powder products as well as spray coating of pellets. Designed specifically for the pharmaceutical industry, the FBS is capable of granulation and drying in the same unit. The system is easily disassembled for cleaning and conforms with cGMP standards. Each air preparation unit is carefully configured, based on the process, locational & regulatory requirements. These units are totally modular in construction. Every control system is tailored to specific customer needs. Various options from simple PLC control to the most complex industrial PC and network based control system are possible.
