The Unit comprises of a stainless steel bowl fitted with a fixed slow speed stirrer driven by a suitable motor (3 ph AC 440 V.)& gear box. The movement is rotary with the beater being Anchor shaped. The vessel can be provided with a jacket for steam or electric heating or cooling and the option of operating under vacuum
