The MS4425 is a temperature compensated, piezoresistive silicon pressure sensor packaged in a dual in- line configuration and intended for cost sensitive applications where excellent performance and long-term stability are required.

Integral temperature compensation is provided over a range of 0-50°C using laser-trimmed resistors.

The pressure sensor is available in absolute, gage or differential pressure ranges from 0-1 to 0-300 psi. The pressure ports are 1/8” barbed ports which mate with 3/32” ID tubing. Premium Performance Strain Gauge

Schaevitz® P900 Series Strain Gauge Pressure Transducers are premium grade sensors that provide highly precise measurement of absolute, vented gauge, or sealed gauge pressures over wide temperature ranges.

Standard versions of this transducer use a 17-4 pH stainless steel diaphragm to sense pressure (Inconel versions are available for operation in highly corrosive environments). The deflection of the diaphragm is transferred to a double cantilever beam by a force transfer rod. Strain in the beam, and therefore, input pressure is measured by four foil strain gauges.

The EE75 series air velocity transmitters were developed to obtain accurate measuring results over a wide range of velocities and temperatures.

A high-quality hot film sensor element based on cutting-edge thin film
technology ensures maximum sensitivity, even at lowest mass flows. At the same time, the innovative probe design produces reliable measuring results at high flow velocities of up to 40m/s (8000ft/min).

The integrated temperature compensation minimises the temperature cross-sensitivity of the EE75 series which, combined with the robust mechanical design, allows it to be used at process temperatures between -40 to +120°C (-40 to 248°F).

In addition to air velocity and temperature values, the transmitter calculates the volumetric flow rate in m³/h or ft³/min. The cross section of the duct needs to be determined for this purpose and the volumetric flow rate can be displayed and directed to one of the analogue outputs.

Description

GCA/GCD Series (Spring Loaded Design)


Description

GCA/GCD Series gage head with stainless steel construction enables the GCA/GCD performs in environments containing moisture, dirt and other contaminants. Electronic components are hermetically sealed for added protection against hostile conditions. These are heavy duty, long stroke
units with ranges up to ±2.0″ (50mm). Maximum spring force is typically 8 oz (226.8g), dependent upon probe position. The working end or probe has a removable chrome plated, hardened tool steel tip threaded to the probe with a 4-48 UNF-2A threading. Schaevitz® replacement and alternate contact tips are available. Tips are also interchangeable with AGD dial indicator tips.

HCT IS Series

The HCT is a breakthrough position transmitter for use in hazardous locations. The two-wire loop configuration allows use with a single barrier and a minimum of wire or cable.
True hermetic packaging of the coil assembly and electronics provides the maximum protection against adverse environments. A 4-20 mA transmitter output is the favored configuration for process industries and power plants. Six standard ranges are available from 0 to 0.25 inches (6.35 mm), to 0 to 10 inches (250 mm). Custom scaling is available for OEM requirements. Small quantities
are generally available for same day/next day delivery.
