Heating Cooling Mixer Horizontal

Description

Jogindra Heating Cooling Mixer - Horizontal is a combination of High Speed Mixer and Cooling Mixer in Horizontal construction.

 

The materials in High Speed Mixer is heated by utilization of frictional heat and subsequently the heated compound is transfered to Horizontal Cooling Mixer which cool the material faster by special cooling blade combination of radial and axial design, allowing an increase in the number of batches per hour. The cooling water consumption is reduced, maintainance costs are also lesser. This horizontal construction Cooling Mixer can be fitted to any type of mixer in accordance with customer's requirements.

High Speed Mixer

Description

Jogindra High Speed Mixer have the unique distinction of being the best in the performance. Their field of applications are extensive and include the following industries: Plastic (Rigid, Plasticized PVC Dry Blends), Ceramics, Chemicals, Dyes and Colours, Food Stuff, Pharmaceuticals etc. The mixing container is made of stainless steel. Its interior has industrial mirror finish. It is jacketed for additional heating or cooling by means of heat transfer oil, steam or water as required. By utilization of frictional heat the material may be  sintered, agglomerated, dried vented, slightly gelled or hot coloured.

Cooling Mixer Vertical

Jogindra Vertical Cooling Mixer Vertical is suitable for quick cooling of directly transferred Rigid/ Plasticized PVC Blends from High Speed Mixer. The special designed cooling bladesare a result of faster cooling. A cooling coil is provided at the center portion of the vessel for faster and efficient cooling of compound.

Container Mixer

Description

Jogindra Container Mixer is specially designed for cold mixing process for all polymer powders or granules with colorants and or additives for concentrated master batches. The mixer is in two parts i.e. Mixer and Storage Hopper. Initially the mixing head is facing to ground and is in a position for lifting and clamping to Container and finally rotate to 180" for mixing. The cleaning time is reduced to a minimum. The mixing bowl is made of stainless steel with lockable system and gasket to prevent leakage during operation. The Mixer ensures gentle product treatment and has shorter mixing times. PLC can be supplied on request.
