Copper Bonded Rods

The copper bonded rods are highly appreciated and recognized worldwide due to its better working life. Based on solid rod technology, the Copper Bonded Rods are electrically and mechanically robust solution complying national & international standards. These rods are molecularly bonded with 99.99% pure Electrolytic Grade Copper (Cu) over a low carbon tensile steel rod, with the thickness of 250 micron copper coating. This process helps ensure a long-lasting molecular bond between the copper layer and a steel core. We recommend using copper bonded ground rods in most soil conditions, because the copper coating will not slip or tear when driven, nor will it crack if the rod is bent. Copper bonded ground rods have a high tensile carbon steel core and they provide a low resistance path to ground.
