Ribbon Blender

Ribbon Blender comprises of a U-shaped horizontal trough along with a rotating double helical ribbon agitator. Ribbon Blenders have an agitator construction that facilitates a triple mixing action ensuring fast and efficient blending. We have designed Ribbon Blender in accurate dimensions and balanced configuration of the ribbons to manage easy movement of material within the container. 

An alternate design to Ribbon Blender is the paddle agitator. In that, the paddles are positioned to move the material in opposing lateral directions. The paddle design is generally employed for friable materials and when batches as small as 15% of the total capacity are going to be mixed in the blender.
