JAYCO manufactures Single Girder as well as Double Girder cranes in an Under slung configuration, such cranes find applications where the headroom in a factory is limited or the structure does not allow any other means of supporting the crane other from the roof.

Under slung cranes can be controlled through Independent travelling Pendent Push Button or by Radio Remote Control or from Crane Cabin which allow operators to stand on the safe side and operate for safe, efficient lifting & shifting of heavy material load in factories, workshops, warehouse etc.

Precise control of all motions is achieved through Variable Frequency Drives. These cranes are built to be capable of withstanding extreme requirements of operating speeds and operating conditions.

These are useful for safe lifting of material in chemical, Pharma plant & other industries. Hoist Type Lift is mostly used where the Shaft size is less as compared to the Cabin size required. Since, here is no requirement of Counter Weight Frame; we can occupy the area required for Counter Weight Frame by enlarging the Cabin size. MS fabricated cage cabin is guided by ‘T’ guide rails on opposite sides for smooth lifting of material or goods. Collapsible floor doors are provided with electro-mechanical door locking arrangement for safety so that the cage will not move unless all the outside doors are closed properly. Landing door is locked electro-mechanically. The presence of the Cabin will enable the respective Landing door to open. When landing door and Cage door is open on any floor, all other floors door will be locked. Up and down Final Limit switches safety is provided.

JAYCO provide "T" guides for balanced loading and Shoe guide for smooth and efficient Lifting & Lowering.The goods lift is being operated by push button station fixed outside the cage on respective floors. The operation logic is "lift can be called for or sent from any floor to any other floor level". The cage movement automatically stops in case if any floor door is open because floor doors are provided with mechanical and electrical locking arrangement. Hence unless all floor doors is closed properly lift cannot be started.

Hydraulic Lifts are used where there are restrictions for deep pit and headroom or not need to make the same. It does not require a conventional lift well/room. It works on 3 phase power and can come down in case of power cut by opening the manual valve.

JAYCO manufacture Hydraulic Lift in Customized form depending on Customers requirement and are suitable to move any type of material from one floor to other floors. They can be made in different capacities ranging from 100 kg to 5000 kg. Railings are provided on a platform based on customer’s needs to provide safety against loose materials falling during operation.

Hydraulic Lift comes under two categories depending on the Mast system.

When there is a requirement of Lifting loads with less weight up to 1000 kg and the lifting height is lower, Single Mast Hydraulic Lift is used.

JAYCO Double mast hydraulic goods lift is widely used to transfer material from one floor to another. It is to be installed with wall support/structural support at the two sides and the rest 2 sides can be used for loading & unloading purposes.When the lifting height is more and the load to be lifted is heavy more than 1000 kg, Double mast Hydraulic Lift is required for lifting purposes.

Jib Cranes are divided into two subcategories:

Jib Crane with column : These have their main pillars fixed with the ground. These are usually used in industries to handle medium and low weights. It is possible to install motors for movement though by default it is manually operated. Column mounted Jib Cranes are necessary when no other appropriate support near a workstation is available.

Jib Crane at wall : These cranes are typically bounded to an existing structure such as the pillars or walls or columns. The operative characteristics are quite similar to a Jib Crane with column. When it is required to lift a heavy object, Gantry Cranes are employed into use to do the needful. They work by lifting heavy loads with a hoist and can move horizontally over rails that are fitted under beams.
