The Indotherm Oil / Gas high velocity burner systems provide from 5,00,000 kcal/hr up to 8,000,000 Kcal/hr ( 2000,000 Btu/hr to 32,000,000 Btu/hr ). For On Site Heat Treatment from a flame supervised, automatic / manually controlled, nozzle mix high velocity burner which will operate on all commercially available fuels.
The burner is a fabricated of stainless steel, directly spark ignited.
Fuel is LPG, Natural Gas or Propane for gas fired burners and HSD, LDO or Kerosene for Oil Fired Burners. It is suitably controlled by PID type controllers for automatic burners and by operating valve train for manual burners in order to achieve complete combustion.
Combustion air is fan blown, requiring 380/440 v,
50 hz, 3 phase electrical supply.
Flame supervision is by flame relay and U.V. flame sensor.
Ignition is achieved by direct spark ignition transformer and fitted spark probe.
Available in 40 Kva, 50 Kva, 75 Kva & 100 Kva capacity. Provides safe low voltage power 60/65 V & 80/85 V to feed flexible ceramic heaters for the purpose of preheating & post weld heat treatment.
This units are housed in rigid steel frame of heavy gauge sheet steel cabinet for mobility, well balanced and quality powder coated finish insulated to class 'h' standards & windings are air natural / forced cool.
The unit is operating on primary input supply of 3 phase 380 v/415v/440v. The unit can be fitted with either 3 way or 6 way contactorised control modules. Energy regulators are fitted for control of heat treatment cycle.
