Sanitization Tunnel

Indeecon has developed Sanitization/Disinfectent Tunnel/Chamber for disinfectent & sanitization purpose which is highly effective to prevent spread of virus by community transfer, it is very effective and usable at the places like Hospitals, Bank, Bazars, Police Station, Railway Stations, high risk zones etc.
The sanitization tunnel is non contact and automatic operated/controlled device which restricts spreading many viruses to enter human bodies. Viruses may contaminate cloths, footwear and body. Sanitization tunnel restriticing  such spread of virus. It is also reduce contamination for being spread into different communities and area by means of personal movement. The sanitization tunnel works gently transmitting a disinfectant over surface of operator’s body& clothes, causing the kill of the viruses stacked to the person’s body & clothes instead of becoming airborne & spreading to others.

Sanitization chamber is fully automatic with human sensor, design to deliver disinfectant on every individual passing through it.

The sanitization tunnel supplied with sanitizing mist nozzles in between 5 to 20 microns to spraying uniform disinfectant (from top, left & right) on the personel.

Sanitization shower provide gentle wetting of all exposed surfaces of the operator’s garment digesting hazardous particulate.

Sanitization tunnel will made of coated MS pipes/angles with flexible pvc or plastic covers.

Motor or pressure pump of ½ to 1 hp with max pressure of 400PSI.

Suitable Number of Stainless Steel nozzles with 5 to 20 micron as per size of the chamber.
