Co-extrusion : Ikon extrude the film as per the width and thickness as required. Can extrude film up to 1550mm with the thickness from 18 micron to 200 micron. We have 3 nos Three Layer Blown Film Line,3 nos Slitting Machine,
 
Coating
Coating equipment applies the required coating weight on film as per the application Surface ie Matt, Glossy, Easy peel Glossy or Universal from our custom formulated adhesives. We have 1 coating machine, 1 no Slicer and 2 nos Rewinders.Capacity of coating machine is 2100 MTPA.
 
Printing
Ikon have been providing films with custom printed matters / logos in two colours. We have one Rotogravure Printing and Lamination Machine.Capacity of printing lamination is 5000 MTPA
