D.M.D. Lead Wire Assembly

We process the UL approved cables through automatic wire processing machines to produce the lead wires required for Hermetic applications. Entire process is mechanized be it thermal stripping, crimping defusing, knotting or final assembly testing. All lead wires of DMD/DMMD/DMMDD applications are UL approved under Style UL- ZPFW2.

We produce over 150 thousand lead wires a month and are proud to be a zero defect zero ppm supplier with all our customers. No doubt our supply history of  last 2 decades and experience count in maintaining the zero ppm levels.
