Dextrose Monohydrate (D-glucose) is a sugar that's a stable, odorless, white crystalline powder or colorless crystal. In its pure form, it has a dextrose equivalency (DE) of 100, which indicates that it's 100% pure Dextrose, not a mixture with other substances as well. It is extensively used in food industry and can provide support in replacing sucrose in baking, dairy products, canned products, chewing gum and preserves. Other than this, it is also used in beverage powders, in caramel coloring and other compositions where it supports extended shelf life of the products. The presence of dextrose also supports keeping powdered beverage drinks free flowing. Our Dextrose is made from non-GMO rice.

Brown Rice Syrup or Rice Malt Syrup is a light sweet tasting Natural Sweetener made from rice of Oryza Sativa (Asian Rice) origin, which is Allergen Free and Non GM. It has neutral flavor and a smooth mouth feel. Our Brown rice syrup is made with either Conventional or Organic Rice. Organic Rice Syrup is made with Organic Rice. Organic Rice is a produce of pesticide free farming, which gives lower yield, but higher quality produce in terms of minimum undesirable content in the grain.

Brown Rice Syrup or Rice Malt Syrup is derived by cooking rice slurry with saccharifying enzymes > Rice-dextrin undergoes a heat-assisted fermentation, involving addition of enzyme isolates, which convert complex carbohydrates into a solution rich in simple carbohydrates. This solution is then evaporated, until desired water content is achieved. The result is thick, light brown syrup with consistency of honey.

Rice syrup solids, are also known as dried glucose syrup or Glucose Powder. They are used as sweetener and stabilizers for moisture & texture in baked goods, confectionary (hard candy), dairy products, processed meats, seafood. They are also utilized by breweries to lighten beer color, add body, rice flavor and fermentable sugars.

Liquid Glucose is an aqueous solution of nutritive saccharide obtained by starch hydrolysis, by using Corn and Rice as raw material, which is purified and concentrated to required solids. It is usually odorless and clear yellow colored viscous liquid sweet syrup which is processed and stored under hygienic conditions. It has wide application and is particularly useful where high concentrations of invert sugars are required. In an On-site Plant, PCC (Precipitated Calcium Carbonate) is produced in a satellite facility; onsite or close to a paper mill and the resultant slurry is pumped directly to the mill. In this arrangement, all plant and equipment required for producing PCC are installed under lease agreement in the premises of its end user. The utilities like Power, Water, Steam and the CO2 from the boiler stake (going into the air after ESP) are used to make PCC in slurry form for its use in paper application. This unique environment friendly technology not only reduces the energy consumption and drying time but also utilizes the CO2 emitted from the boilers.
