GEM Pneumatic Special Rolls are designed specially to meet the requirement of pneumatic husker for dehusking paddy.Manufactured at the most advanced plant using latest in technology and the best raw materials. We have a well equipped R & D laboratory with modern testing facilities to test raw materials, rubber compound and the finished rolls. The product under goes rigorous and stringent quality control tests at various stages of production. The plant also has dynamic balancing facility for balancing of rubber rolls. All the dimensions of Gem Pneumatic Special Rolls are as per international standards.

Salient Features of GEM Pneumatic Special Rolls

• Shelling Efficiency: The rubber rolls can be used for more than 90% shelling efficiency in pneumatic husker. 
• Bonding Ability: Excellent bonding of rubber with aluminum drum ensure full utilization.
• Heat Resistance: Suitable raw materials are being selected and rubber roll is scientifically cured to ensure high degree of heat resistance and high efficiency at operating temperature.
• Balancing: The rubber roll is made with casted aluminum drum which are more balanced. The total rubber roll weight is 8 kg and the rubber rolls are more balanced for pneumatic application.
• Energy Saving: Due to less weight of rubber rolls the motor of pneumatic husker consumes less power leading to energy saving in running the husker.
