SURFACE PRE TREATMENT

Cleaning / Washing Plants

Cleaning plants for the pre- and after-treatment of goods applying special processes such as:

Pickling

The sequence followed for the pickling process is:

Pickling in 10 to 15% dilute sulphuric acid for 20 to 30 minutes
Cold water rinsing for 5 minutes
Phosphating for 10 to 15 minutes
Cold water rinsing for 5 to 10 minutes
Bonder lubrication for 10 to 15 minutes

Global Engineers can design, detail, and manufacture ASME Code Stamped Vessels and API Storage Tanks fabricated from 300, 400 series Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel, Titanium and Aluminium materials.

Global Engineers custom fabricates these products to comply with specific customer requirements. Qualified procedures and welders for SAW, GMAW, GTAW and SMAW processes are all utilized in accordance with ASME code Section IX and AWS. Personnel qualified in accordance with ASME code requirements conduct radiographic and other non-destructive examinations. Certified inspectors inspect production welding.

Design calculations and detailed fabrication drawings are prepared by our engineering department to comply with ASME, API and customer specifications. Global Engineers uses numerous industry standard softwares, besides in-house developed applications such as:

Water Treatment

Water is life!

While 75% of Earth's surface is covered with water, less than 3% is fresh water and less then 1/10th of 3% is suitable for human consumption. Hence, water for each application must be tested and treated as per the application's requirement before use. The neglect of water quality can affect human health & machinery performance. Bad process water can considerably reduce life of expensive equipment like Boilers, Economizers, Condenser, Heat Exchanger, Coils, Radiators etc.

D.M. Plant

The Demineralization process utilises acid regenerated cation resin & caustic regenerated anion resin to remove minerals from water. We offer D.M. plants of different sizes as per requirement of customers.

Reverse Osmosis Water Plant

Reverse Osmosis (RO) is the first water purification technology in the world. It involves the passage of water from a section containing lower concentration of ionic substances to a higher concentration section while a semi-permeable membrane separates the two. Sufficient pressure is applied to force water through the membrane in a reverse direction. As a result, pure water is produced by screening out dissolved salts and other containments. It can improve the color, taste and other properties of feed water.

Water Softening Plant

Water Softening through ion exchange resin is the most common and simplest method of removing hardness (that is calcium & magnesium) from water and render the water suitable for utility purpose. As the name implies ion exchange is a process in which undesirable ions are exchanged for more desirable ones.
