Gayatri Polychem team has developed new processes and custom built equipment for making emulsions, specializing in the manufacture of high quality silicone emulsions, water repellent emulsion, water cleaning emulsion and textile finishing emulsion where the active ingredient is any of a wide range of fluids. This silicone emulsions allows emulsification of extremely high viscosity methyl end blocked dimethyl silicone. Silicone emulsions are used in a wide range of industrial and consumer products such as, release agents for rubber and plastic, hot metal lubricants and coatings.
