Auger fillers are versatile filling machines for free-flowing as well as non-free flowing powders and thick pastes. Machine operates on the principle of Positive displacement of screw operating under constant head of powders. Precisely designed Auger screw displaces powder through funnel into pouches /container held under the funnel.Rotation of screw is controlled by photoelectric sensor which in turn controls the product out put from the discharging funnel. Auto and manual mode helps to manage the speed of filling as per the operator efficiency and skill set
