Hose wall made of ether grade (microbes and hydrolysis resistant) abrasion resistant polyurethane (wall thickness between the spirals 0.6mm) with copper coated spring steel wire reinforcement. A medium heavy duty flexible hose with shore A~ 85, with almost smooth interior and high tensile and abrasion strengths and ultimate elongation. Free of softeners, halogen free, physiological safe, cadmium free and produced in line with FDA regulations. This hose is non compressed variety and hence will have almost smooth interior and can be effectively used for all applications under PU light duty and also for light material handling and suction hose for abrasive particles.

Hose wall made of ether grade (microbes and hydrolysis resistant) abrasion resistant polyurethane (wall thickness between the spirals 1mm/ 1.2mm/ 1.5mm/ 2mm/ 2.5mm) with copper coated spring steel wire reinforcement. A heavy duty flexible hose with shore A -85. Hose with 1.2mm wall thickness is almost smooth interior. However, hoses with 1.5/2/2.5mm wall thickness are all of perfectly smooth inside, with high tensile and abrasion strengths and ultimate elongation. Free of softeners, halogen free, physiological safe, cadmium free and produced in line with FDA regulations. Although the above three varieties are used for material handling for extremely abrasive goods, please select only 2.5mm thick hose for elevated temperature use up to 100°C.

Applications

For conveying abrasive materials like Powder, Metal chips, Grinded metal waste, PET / Glass filled material, Solids, Liquids and Chemicals. Ideal for auto loader (hopper loader) suction or any other conveying systems in plastic processing, Food & Pharmaceutical or other Engineering Industries.

Construction

Made out of Ether based polyurethane (TPU) with special HPVC reinforcement. Light and highly flexible hose, excellent abrasive and mechanical properties, good chemical resistance, free of halogens, food-grade resistant against microbes and hydrolysis.

Also available with antistatic copper wire

Applications

Suction of abrasive wooden chips, cotton waste, elite compact suction/suessen drafting frames, plastic granules, food and Pharma powder conveyance, Dust, Fume and for warm air supply.
