• Housings are made of closed grain cast iron (FG 260).
• Stress relieved and Shot blasted M.S Fabricated housings are used for customized and larger sizes.
• Gears are carburized, hardened, tempered and flank ground for maximum gear efficiency.
• Additional cooling devices like fan cooling, cooling coil, and external heat exchanger are provided as per thermal power limitation.
• Hold Back, Shrink Disc incorporation as per customer requirement.
• Option of Vertical Upwards or Downward position of Output shaft in Bevel Helical Gear Unit.
