ERCON ( CFRP ) Pultruded Carbon Fibre Laminate for Retrofitting of structures

ERCON Pultruded Carbon Fibre reinforced (CFRP) Plates, used to strengthen existing structural members. These ERCON Plates provide additional reinforcement that strengthens and stiffens existing structure. Unlike Steel Plates, ERCON Carbon Laminates are light weight, easy to install and does not corrode. These Plates can be used in surface mounted applications where it is bonded onto the surface of a structural member where these Carbon Plates are installed in shallow grooves cut into the existing structural member. The Plate is bonded using Epoxy Resin specifically suited for the application. The final result is an externally bonded reinforcement system offering an outstanding long term chemical and mechanical properties.

ERCON GRP/FRP Cable Trays and GRP Cable Ladders are manufactured on a fully automatic Pultrusion Plant. The material is covered with a resin rich surface veil providing it maximum Chemical and U.V. resistance. Ercon cable trays meet stringent Fibre Retardancy requirements.

ERCON manufactures Pultruded Fiberglass Gratings in Isopthalic Polyester Resin as well as Vinylester Resins. ERCON FRP GRP gratings are suitable for corrosive chemical and offshore applications and are available in custom panel sizes.

Ercon FRP Hand Rails are designed for quick and easy assembly. The system can be prefabricated in large sections and shipped to the site or fabricated and installed on site with simple hand tools. All connections are very easy to make. Special adjustable angle connectors in GRP are available for installation on circular tanks. ERCON GRP Cage Ladders are made from all composite parts minimising metals thus minimising Corrosion.
It is easy to assemble at site , the ladder is supplied in 3 type of components Ladder, Cage and stringers which are easily assembled at site using SS clamps and Hardware.
The ladders can be supplied for any height requirement with intermediate extension couplers.
The cage spaced approximately 1m to 1.5m, the clamps are to be put every 1.5m to 2m.

FRANGIBLE LIGHT MAST

ERCON Fiber Glass Lighting Masts are light weight but structurally very strong in design. It is Frangible meeting Annex 14 & ICAO Part 6 Frangibility Criteria. They are available in various lengths and suitable for Airport Lighting or Telecom Antennas on top.
 
Due to its very light weight it requires no verification of Building structures required to install these towers. It comes in Height of 3-20 metres in prefabricated modular sections in 3m/5m /6m Lengths complete with assembly Inserts and couplers and base mounting for roof top or ground installation and can be just lifted by few men in place. Specially designed base structure is available for Roof Mount and for ground foundation mount designs. Hinged base Plate is also available for easy maintenance. GLIDE PATH MAST DESIGN CRITERIA

ERCON Glide Path Masts have been developed to comply with the ICAO annex 14 Volume-I, for safe and precise aircraft landing and the most recent Frangibility stipulations Detailed in ICAO Aerodrome Design Manual Part6.

All ERCON Glide Path Masts are manufactured from glass fiber & special Polymeric Resin, Coated with a UV resistance PU coat that can be colored to any aviation specification. Each pole has a unique Frangibility by design and material construction system incorporated within the main mast which will break under the impact of an aircraft.

The Glide Path Antenna is attached to the mast by mean of a light weight mounting frame and can move in horizontal and vertical direction within standard range for antenna adjustment.
