Nickel P. T. F. E. Composit Coating

 
 
This is an auto calytic deposition process. Here the PTFE particles are co-deposited along with Nickel - Phosphorous alloy deposit. The hardness of the nickel structure is 550 HV which can be raised to 750 HV by heat treatment.
