Horizontal Polishing Barrel

The horizontal polishing barrel is used for de-burring and polishing of small articles. The barrel is made of mild-steel, with or without rubber lining, stainless steel or any other material as per the requirement. It is mounted on strong MS channel frame, rotating on pedastal bearings, driven by suitable electric motor coupled with reduction gear box, through V-belts. The drive unit is adjustable for belt tensioning, entirely covered with MS sheet cover. The horizontal polishing barrels are made in multiple numbers on single rigid frame in horizontal or vertical mountings as per customers requirements. They are available in the capacities upto 100 Kg.
