With this type of equipment the jigs are carried on a moving chain and the speed of traverse is adjusted so that the work is returned to the starting point by the end of plating time. The jigs can thus be loaded and unloaded at the same point and work is handled in a continuous flow rather than batch loads as in normal manual plating.
 It is suitable for the bulky items like chain wheel, handle bar etc where work load is high & superior quality is demanded. All sizes are manufactured according to requirenment.

The centrifugal driyer provides most effective method for the rapid drying of small components in bulk. The articles are placed in a removable pertected basket. In operation the basket is rapidly rotated and intereaction with air results in quick drying.

By the barrelling media-eleaving, descaling, deburring, cutting, scouring, grinding, polishing or burnishing can be applied to material to such as cast iron, malleable iron, steel forgings.
The process of polishing or burnishing depends upon the shope of articles and the nature and hardness of material of which they are made.

Horizontal Barrels are obtainable in wood, steel or in rubber lined steel. The rotation of the barrel ensures good mixing of the components and media, resulting n quality polishing and finishing.
 

Where plating solutions are agitated or operated at high current densites, any solid particles in the solution remain in suspension rather than settle to the bottom of the tank. Filtration is therefore neccessary if roughness due to inclusion of suspended matter in the plated deposit is to be avoided. 
Filter unit are available in round and square set up.

With many processes it is necessary to keep the solution well mixed in order to prevent local variation in concentration. Unless the solution is agitated there will be a reduction in the metal content of solution surrounding the cathode, which could result in the production of a rough deposit. The most usual form of solution agitation is by use of low pressure compressed air.
