Protective Coating

It is a process of application of coating system through conventional air spray or Airless spray machine to protect the surface from corrosion. Surface coating system is defined based on environmental conditions of the installation.

Protective coating is a form of cohesive film with desired properties to protect the surface from corrosion. The film is dense, resistant to passage of moisture and other potentially damaging or corrosive materials. Application process plays a significant role in life and quality of the protective coating.

Epoxy Paint systems for steel structures have developed over the years to comply with industrial environmental legislation as well as for improved durability performance purposes. Structural steel coatings such as epoxy primers, are designed for high build thickness with only one or two coat applications needed. From fast dry shop primers to epoxies and zinc-rich, we can meet the toughest environmental demands.

Food grade epoxy paints are the derivative of Epoxies conjunctions with Amine Adducts, Poly amide, Polyamines etc. The product possesses good flexibility, adhesion and salt water resistance. Food grade Paint can safely be used for ,ship kitchen, food processing /packaging companies , internal side of water tanks.etc
Polyurethane coatings are particularly recommended for application to surfaces subject to high levels of wear-and-tear, where excellent chemical/physical resistance is required.PU Coating application is widely done on Construction Industry, Construction Industry, Offshore Industry, Refinery
