PICKLANE 50 is a liquid additive for sulphuric and hydrochloric acid pickle baths.
It improves the pickle efficiency without forming black films associated with high carbon steels or thermal treatments such as nitriding.
This emulsifying agent forms a thin foam layer on the surface of the bath, minimising acid fumes. In addition, it protects the base metal even when the pickling is done.
PICKLANE 50 considerably reduces the level of iron in the pickling bath and therefore in the subsequent rinse water as well.
PRESOL 1076 IG is a low caustic alkalinity immersion soak cleaner formulated to provide a high detergent power and an effective disjunction and emulsion of polishing pastes and remnants of previous mechanic working.
This balanced formulation of anionic, non-ionic surface-active agents and synthetic detergents helps to avoid indentation phenomena on zinc die-cast, aluminium and brass surfaces.
It is completely free from complexing agent and can be used with both static rack and barrel systems.
PRESOL 3465 is an alkaline immersion soak cleaner for metals such as steel and brass. It efficiently removes mineral oils, vegetal and cutting oils, grease, polishing pastes.
This compound contains mineral salts with a high synthetic detergents concentration, anionic, non-ionic surface-active agents, dispersants and silicates, but is free from Nonylphenol by-products and strong complexing agents such as E.D.T.A.
PRESOL 3465 can successfully be used in rack, barrel and ultrasonic systems.
PRESOL 3475 is a mineral salts based compound of solvents and surface-active agents. It has been specially designed to remove hardly soluble substances such as oil, grease, pressing and drawing compounds at very low temperatures (35 – 40°C).
The product is free from Nonylphenol by-products and strong complexing agents such as E.D.T.A.
Once a neutral salt-spray test and a singular coefficient of friction were the only key performance indicators for protective coated parts. Nowadays fasteners, for example, benefit from a steady coefficient of friction, even when subjected to multiple tightening, galvanic matching of different kinds of materials, cyclic corrosion requirements, conductivity, and many more.
The increasing utilization of aluminium alloys today across many industries including Aerospace, Aircraft, Automotive, Transportation Equipment and Building and Architecture will continue to see growth since the benefits of utilizing lighter weight materials that provide good strength properties.
PRELIK 1700 is a high caustic alkalinity liquid for the anodic and cathode electrolytic phase of steel cleaning. It and helps to avoiding the generation of heat during the dissolution process.
The cleaner is free from silicates, phosphates and strong complexing agents such as E.D.T.A.
In case the addition of silicates is considered useful, this additive can be combined with PRELIK 1800.
PRESOL 1066 is an alkali electrolytic cleaner for the treatment of carbon steel and its alloys. It has a high detergent power.
The compound is based on mineral salts and specific detergents allowing it to operate in both anodic and cathode phase even in the same solution.
PRESOL 1066 contains silicates but is completely free from strong complexing agents such as E.D.T.A.
In order to increase the emulsion power it can be combined with the additives AB 31 and AB 40.
PRESOL 1083 is a mildly alkali electrolytic cleaner used for treatment of brass and copper alloys. Nevertheless, if necessary, it can also be used for degreasing ferrous metals and zinc die-cast.
The compound is based on mineral salts that contains detergents suitable for the cathode and anodic electrolytic phase. It has high deoxidizing properties and strong complexing action that extends its lifespan.
PRESOL is a line of solid cleaners for soak cleaning and electrolytic cleaning.
The technologies provide effective preparation of the surface prior plating. Each product is adapted to different needs. From mild alkaline cleaners to strong alkaline, full formula or free from dispersing or wetting agents as well as suited for different substrates.
PRESOL 1170 is a compound of mineral salts and detergents particularly suitable for the anodic electrolytic phase of steel cleaning.
This high caustic alkalinity formulation have a strong complexing and detergent effect and excellent deoxidizing action. In addition, it is completely free from carbonates and silicates.
PRESOL 1170 is a full formula, but in order to increase the emulsion power it can be combined with the additives AB 31 and AB 40.
PRESOL 7071 is a low caustic alkalinity electrolytic cleaner for the treatment of zinc die-cast and brass surfaces.
The formulation have a high detergent power.
During the cathode phase it easily removes the polishing pastes remnants and in the anodic phase—the oxides and silicon dioxide film, without blemishing the base material.
The compound consists of mineral salts, silicates and strong complexing agents, but is completely free from surface-active agents and phosphates.
AB 31 is a liquid compound of anionic and dispersant surface-active agents designed to increase the efficiency of electrolytic degreasers.
This additive is suitable for alkali electrolytic solutions for both cathode and anodic phase, especially at the end of the preparation cycle. During the electrolytic phase it exhibits good detergent properties and moderate foam effect.
If added to an aqueous solution of a PRESOL product, AB 31 provides an excellent wetting action on the metal surface making it properly hydrophile.
AB 40 is a liquid compound of anionic and dispersant surface-active agents used to increase the emulsifying, dispersant and detergent properties of the soak cleaners and ultrasounds.
It can also be combined with alkaline electrolytic cleaners in order to optimize the wetting effect and dissolve oil and fat on the surface.
AB 47 is a liquid additive based on anionic and non-ionic surfactants, used to increase the efficiency of soak and electrolytic cleaners like PRESOL or PRELIK.
This additive is fully compatible with PRIMION alkaline zinc-plating processes. What’s more, it has a maximum operating temperature of 70°C.
PRESOL 3071 is an immersion soak cleaner with a low caustic alkalinity. It has been designed to remove hardly soluble substances from zinc die-cast and brass substrates while avoiding the indentation phenomena.
This formulation contains silicates, anionic, non-ionic surface-active agents and synthetic detergents that guarantee an efficient removal and emulsion of polishing pastes and remnants of previous mechanic working.
PRESOL 3071 is free from Nonylphenol and strong complexing agents such as E.D.T.A. and can successfully be used on static systems and with barrel
