Vacuum Metallising Plants

The plant is designed for complete panel operation using electro- pneumatic valves.
Opening of the Baffle Valve is towards Chamber. This prevent roughing/high-vacuum to be done in the B.V. in repetition of cycles. Also, B.V. works as Buffer Tank. This reduces cycle-time by about 50%.
Work Chamber and Diffusion Pump size is bigger than others. This increases the production a lot.
Filaments placement is so designed that aluminium coating covers full length of the spool.
Proprietory design of Chevron to avoid Back-Streaming of D.P. oil in work-chamber which improves brightness & adhesion of coatings.
Proper inter-lockings are provided in functioning of the plant. Also, automatic coating arrangement prevent rejection by 100%. Even a new operator can run the plant.

Lacquer Curing U.V. Ovens
In our efforts to provide latest technologies to Vacuum Metallising Industry, we have developed and introduced, U.V. Lacquer Curing System to do Base-Coat and Top Coat on articles to be Vacuum Metallised, made of glass, plastic, ceramic or metal.
We have developed two types of U.V. Curing Systems. First, in which you can tie your articles on frames and these frames can be cured in the oven. Another, in which you can tie your articles on spool and whole spool can be cured in one-go which will take only about 5 seconds. Also, you can always put your bigger or odd shape articles directly on the oven belt for the curing in our both models of ovens.
U.V. Lacquer instantaneous changes its state from liquid (wet) to solid (dry), as U.V. lacquer coated material is passed through a U.V. curing system.

Glass Washing And Drying Machine
The machine is the highly efficient and wash & dry glass to ensure clean glass surface to be used to manufacture double-glazing glass and Looking Glass Mirrors by Vacuum Coating of Aluminium.
The machine adopts horizontal construction and feeding, washing, drying and discharge can be operated continuously. The automatic conveyor can realize performances and easy adaptability.
Rinsing sector and water flow system adopt rust-proof and rot-proof material, which can bear rough usage. The center sector divides into rinsing room, water absorbing room and dry room. Drying sector adopts sponge rollers to absorb water, and use hot wind to dry. The transmission system of rinsing machine adopts unlimited speed adjustment to realize high efficiency application.It is an ideal economical and practical equipment and the first choice for glass processing industry.
Paint Curtain Coater

Paint Drying Infrared Conveyor Oven
This is required for drying mirror-backing paint of the mirror sheets.
This heating tunnel is designed by infrared heating technology. It can heat the paint film of glass surface after spraying to make it flat and dry rapidly. It is equipped with air blower to speed up the flow of inner air to make temperature even, remove bubbles in painting process and the objections such as uneven surface. It is suitable for curved and plane surface.One can use it alone and also can use it together with U.V. Dryer and Automatic Spraying Machine.
Diffusion Pumps
The current range of Diffusion Pumps is from 4 inch to 40 inch. The pump design incorporates the latest findings in jet emission dynamics and vapour removal techniques.
Our diffusion pumps offer high pumping speeds, low back streaming, high throughput and tolerance forepressure, low ultimate pressure and long-term reliability. The unique boiler design of our pumps provides high degree of insensitivity to normal variations in voltage and type of pumping fluid. It also minimise pumping fluid breakdown by achieving full operation with a low boiler temperature. (below 240 Deg. C). It also offers full thermal protection against inadequate cooling water, less pumping fluid, and abnormally high system pressure.
Pump accessories such as isolation valves, cold traps, freon-refrigeration and LN2 chevron (optically dense) baffles, etc. are also available.

Diffusion Pump Fluids
DURAOIL
DURAOIL is Imported, highly purified doubly distilled, Highly stable, Hydrocarbon based, Diffusion Pump Fluid.
DURAOIL is having high pumping speeds and low saturated vapor pressures and used for vacuum down to 10-7 mm Hg.
DURAOIL is heat-treated to remove products of decomposition; subsequent double vacuum distillation then removes the remaining light fractions and redundant high boiling Point residues. The resultant Diffusion Pump Oil is highly stable, very low toxicity, extremely low volatility and narrow in molecular weight distribution.
DURAOIL is highly pure and having high stability for many of the aggressive applications in semiconductor processing. It is an excellent diffusion pump fluid for Vacuum Metallising Plants.

Super Silicon
SUPER SILICON-704 diffusion pump oil is a single component, clear silicon based Diffusion Pump Oil that is chemically equivalent to DC-7O4.
SUPER SILICON-704 diffusion pump oil possesses excellent heat-stability, good resistance to oxidation and radiation. Its saturation vapour pressure is very low under room temperature, and changes sharply with the variation of temperature.
The minimal vacuum level can reach 10-9 mm Hg so the oil is most suitable to be used where ultra high vacuum with long service life is required. This oil has excellent thermal stability in addition to low vapour pressure to ensure optimum performance.
SUPER SILICON-704 diffusion pump oil performs well in tough, rugged applications with quick pump down, even after exposure to air at high temperatures. It is thermally and chemically stable, which keeps pump jets free of tars and hard carbon.
