Infrastructure: Coatec India has its manufacturing facility at Kurali on NH21 which is serviced from the Chandigarh Airport (32 km), Railway station (31 km) and ISBT (28km). The manufacturing facility is spread over 20000 square feet of covered area in a 1.7 acre land holding. There is a 260 KW SEB power supply which is supported by a 160 KVA DG set. The fabrication bay has a 5 MT EOT crane for material handling. The sheet metal is processed on a CNC Plasma profile cutting machine for fabrication blanks. MIG and TIG welding is extensively used for the fabrication work. The fabrication process undergoes a number of quality checks to ensure defect free equipment.
Coatec India has a Multi disciplinary Installation and Commissioning team having an experience of large number of installations and covering all aspects of the activity like: Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, PLC & SCADA Software & Project Management.
Coatec has the resources to do the entire work in house with excellent control over quality and customization. Business processes are supported by an enterprise wide ERP system – Oracle E Business Suite R12, IBM Quad Core on an IBM X3650 M3 Server.
