Highest quality standards are achieved through the implementations of latest technology, decades of experience and everlasting moral values , which have helped us to retain our customers as well as multiply them.
The temperature of every single sample is measured contact-free and directly in real time by means of the integrated speedwave DIRC thermometer, whereas customary IR temperature sensors can only detect the surface temperatures of the digestion vessels. Microwave radiation does not interfere with this type of temperature measurement; it is absolutely acid-resistant and it is not necessary to connect the otherwise customary sensors. This makes handling and cleaning the vessels considerably simpler.
The pressure vessels are positioned in the microwave oven by suspending them in a rotor system. The standard design allows for 12 vessels per rotor. High sample throughput as is frequired for routine applications is also ensured by a 24-holder rotor. Vessels and the rotor system represent independent components, allowing the pressure vessels to be individually removed or installed. Digestion with only partially filled rotors is also possible.
To prevent corrosion even in continuous operation, the system uses only plastics (PP,PTFE and PFA). The distillate comes into contact with high-purity PFA.
An infrared lamp provides contact-free heating.
The lamp's wattage is set to ensure that a balance between absorbed IR radiation and evaporation heat of liquid is established. This means that when working with HF.H2O,HNO3 or HCL a maximum temperature of approximately 100C
