Chamunda Oceanic Ci 6008 is a Double Rotary High Speed Tableting Machine suitable for high volume production requirements. Provided with advance features like Pre-Compression, Upper Punch Penetration, Force Feeding System, Auto Lubrication, The Main compression force is provided through an advance and highly efficient Hydro-Pneumatic Power Pack specially designed and imported to meet the requirements of a tablet press.

The machine is provided with a feature like Fully Automatic Controls Supervisory Control & Data Acquisition System (SCADA) with computer interface. As an option the machine can also be provided as PLC controlled with limited features.

The machine confirms to all the required regulatory requirements of cGMP Norms/Schedule M Requirements/US FDA Regulations in case of Automated Machines.

The Oceanic Ci 6008 is available with a choice of turrets having 51, 61, 75 and 81 stations corresponding to various tooling requirements and higher output.
