This GMP square model single rotary tablet press is an entry level machine and is designed for the production of small batches. This proven machine is suitable for a variety of applications in pharmaceutical and other industries like food, chemical, naphthalene, confectionery etc.

The suitable model can be selected based on the tooling and output requirement from the 16, 20 & 23 stations with the “D”, “D” & “B/D” tooling respectively.

A 12 station model is also available with special tooling and tunnel type can track having max lab Dia-of 40 mm & max depth of fill of 30 mm.

This sturdy GMP square model double rotary tablet press is designed for the production of medium batches with the features like high tonnage, rigid gunmetal feed frame, variable speed pulley drive, overload pressure release arrangement etc. This machine is available in the turret size of 27 stations “D” & “B” tooling, 35 stations “B” tooling & 45 stations “BB” tooling.

It is essential to use Dust Extraction unit along with Clit Press to control the flying dust generated during high speed compression of tablets. With the use of this, flying dust is kept to minimum but it is difficult to eliminate entirely.
