OurFluid Bed Dryer is capable of drying materials in any forms like granular, powder or crystalline. Afluidized bed of solid particles with a stream of air passing up-ward through the particles at a rate great enough to set them in motion. As the air travels through the particle bed, the particles behave as boiled water. The active motion creates the potential for improved mixing and results an isothermal property. In a bubbling fluidized bed, no temperature gradient exists within the mass of the fluidized particles. Because the temperature and volume of the air can be precisely adjusted, the process achieves fast heat transfer making it very efficient, yet gentle on the product. Our product precisely maintains moisture content up to 20% which is ideal for pharmaceuticals and chemicals .
CMP's Multi Mill is used for wet and dry granulation, pulverization etc. The Unit consists of Stainless Steel Hopper, Processing Chamber with Beater Assembly, Motor, DOL Starter, Variable Speed Pulley, Screen and Sturdy Body. It operates on the principle of variable force swing beaters having both knife and impact edges rotating within a selected screen to get the required size reduction. Material fed in the hopper, goes down to the processing chamber where it moves to the periphery and passes through the screen radially and tangentially. Finally the processed material gets collected in the container which is kept below the processing chamber. Output and Quality of the final product depends on three key factors like Shape of Beaters (Knife/Impact Edges), Speed and Screen.
CMP's Octagonal Blenders finds application in pharmaceutical industry for gentle blending of dry granules or powder. The blender features an octagon shaped body with rectangular central portion and top & bottom polygonal frustum. These are provided with Baffles for fast and efficient mixing, charging port, charging bin and outlet with butterfly valve.
Tray Dryer is robust in construction built with Stainless Steel sheets and internally angles are used to reinforced the whole sheet body. The external sheet of tray dryer will be of S.S. 304 and internal chamber will be of S.S. 304 / S.S. 316. The internal structure is fully welded and grounded to smooth surfaces. The same will be insulated with minimum 50mm thick Glasswool insulation and cladded with S.S. sheets. The dryer is having a fresh air inlet through 20 Micron PP cloth filters and an adjustable air outlet flap. The door provided at front is explosion proof and is locked with the help of spring loaded ball latches and Neoprene rubber gasket to prevent leakages with suitable pressure. The maximum temperature attained inside the tray dryer will be 100°C and will be indicated and controlled through DTIC.
CMP's "V" Blenders that are suitable for mixing of solid-solid or solid with liquid (Maximum 10%) in powder or granulated form. The mixer has a "V" shaped body held by two horizontal half shafts and bearing blocks mounted on a sturdy tubular structure. These blenders offer homogeneous blending with low shear blending action that prevents excessive fines or changes to particle shape and size.
CMP's vibro sifters are circular gyratory screens used for separating mass composition of solids from solids, liquid from solid and for gradation of materials as per particle sizes having very wide range of applications. It uses principle of powder tumbling and interacting because of specially designed vibrating motor with adjustable eccentric weight directly mounted on a top plate which is rested on spring pad to achieve continuous vibrations. The vibrating energy screen unit consisting of circular pre-tightened screen causes vibration in the vertical tangential axis and top petals causes vibration in the horizontal plain to move the material across the screen towards the discharged spot. The time required for screening the powder depends on the mesh size used and characteristics of material.

CMP's ointment/cream manufacturing plants are used in the pharmaceutical & cosmetic industries for the production of ointments, creams, lotions, toothpaste, emulsions & homogenizations. The plant is made with specially designed vessels, pipes, pipe fittings, motors and other accessories.
It includes wax phase vessel, water phase vessel, manufacturing vessel, storage vessel, interconnecting piping, bump pump / metering pump, control panel and working platform.
The vessels are manufactured from ss316 grade material and are constructed with cgmp compliant. The vessels are jacketed, insulated and cladded. A specially designed agitator assembly is provided in each vessel. Wax is melted and water is heated to desired temperature in the respective vessels and both media will be transferred to manufacturing vessel through vacuum. Both these media are homogenized to make uniform emulsion and cooled by passing chilled water in the jacket of the manufacturing vessel. After the emulsion is formed, active ingredients / colors are added and thoroughly mixed and homogenized. The prepared solution is transferred to the storage vessels by means of a bump pump.

Pressure Vessels: our pressure vessels are manufactured from stainless steel 316l quality. The pressure vessel is provided with inlet nozzle, outlet nozzle, pressure safety valve, 0. 2 micron vent filter (optional). The vessel is provided with top lid fitted with wing-nut & pharmaceutical grade silicon "0" ring for air-tight sealing. Deep tube at outlet nozzle is provided for complete drawing out of the liquid. The maximum working pressure for the vessel is 3. 0 kg/cm'. The vessel can be provided with stainless steel 304 trolley with castor wheel at an extra cost.
CMP's multi column distillation plant designed based on finn-aqua which produces pyrogen-free sterile water for injection (wfi) which meets the requirement of ip/bp/usp specifications. The plant manufactured as per current good manufacturing practices (cgmp) and asme requirements. It works on the principle of multiple effect distillation method with the help of specially designed shell & tube heat-exchangers (columns). The vapors with high velocity and under pressure passes over a SPECIALLY DESIGNED SPIRAL BAFFLE which develops tremendous centrifugal force and thus eliminates any chances of pyrogens carry over in the vapors. The columns, heat-exchanger, feed pumps, valves & instruments, control panel will be mounted on ss tubular structure.
CMP's Plate & Frame Type Filter Press consist of several filter plates and frames which are arranged on a strong S. S. chasis with two end are placed between two frames so that alternate sets are connected through the sockets which forms a channel for Inlet and Outlet. The plates and frames are tightened with tightened screw with which moving end plate is attached. The unit is made out of S.S. 304 / 316/ 316L quality. Drip tray is provided at the bottom of the assembly. It is provided with mechanical closing devices whenever required.
