The products are tested at various levels right from the granulate stage to the finished bag stage.

 

MFI test for the granules.
Tensile test on the tapes
Tensile test for the fabrics, webbing, yarn.
UV Stabilization test using QUV
Load bearing test – to ensure SWL / SF of the bag
Drop test for UN Bags -  X / Y / Z
Dustproof test to check sift proof effect
Simulation tests – water permeability.
Light Table inspection for finished bags
Airwash and Metal detection for food grade bags
