This product is made of ABS+PC plastic material and it is one of the components of the reputable brand TV accessories. The mold construction is complicated and there are many inserts, sliders, lifters and ejection pins, so it has a very high technical requirement for the mould design. The mould is a hot runner mould with water cooling system and the part can be molded by automatically.
