Corona Treater For Lamination Machine

The System is designed for Conductive and Non Conductive Films for Lamination Machines .  It consists of the Generator , Oil Cooled High Voltage Transformer, Pneumatic Operated Electrode Assembly and Ozone Extraction System.  The Generator has the Safety Features such as - Zero Speed Cut Off, Active Spark Protection, Over Temperature Cut Off , Single Phase Preventer , Speed to Power  and Assembly Door Open Cut Off with Audio / Visual Alarm. The System is suitable to Corona Treat widths from 500  mm to 1700   mm for Maximum Line Speeds upto 300   meters/min.  
The CM Model has the Ceramic  Electrode System with  Micro Gap Adjustment  . The Aluminium Roller is  Dynamically Balanced and External Drive Arrangement for Synchronising with Machine Speed. Guide Rollers for  Entry and Exit of Film. 
The BR Model will have Silicone Rollers Electrodes driven externally with Micro Gap Adjustment.   The Aluminium Roller is  Dynamically Balanced and External Drive Arrangement for Synchronising with Machine Speed. Guide Rollers for  Entry and Exit of Film.
