Aeration Grid Systems

We offer Aeration Grid Systems for mixing of effluent - raw or treated as an alternative to mixers/aerators. The aeration grid consists of a HDPE/PP header with laterals arranged so that is covers entire cross-section of tank. Holes are drilled at the bottom as shown in figure to enable air to bubble through. Alternatively, coarse bubble diffusers or sintered ceramic diffusers may also be used.
