High Temperature Furnace is one the most popular products from APS Instruments.  Extremely light on weight and this makes it a product very unique in comparison to other High Temperature Furnace that you will find in the market.  Controls maximum temperature up to 1200°C grooved to refectory type and has a working temperature up to 1150°C. To take control of the heat, this furnace has a slimmer state and we call it as energy regulator. The outer body is made out of thick mild steel with duly painted surface. This apparatus is complete with pyrometer.

Bacteriological Incubator

Over the decades we at APS Instruments have been manufacturing Bacteriological Incubator with a delicate touch of perfection.  It is made of double walled with a thick aluminum/stainless steel sheet which has been firmly placed inside the chamber and the outer body of this machine made of M.S. duly finished with powdered coating. Temperature is fully controlled through thermostat and controls the temperature from 5°C to above room temperature 90°C with an accuracy of ± 1°C.

Muffle Furnace

At APS instruments we always emphasize more on quality of our products that we delivered and thus we come up with a revolutionary Muffle Furnace which is absolutely light on weight and has ceramic wool insulation instead of brick insulation. Taking about the outer casting of this furnace which has been made out of double walled thick PCRC sheet, duly painted with attractive stove enamel.  Heating elements are made of Kanthal A-1 wire and backed by high temperature cerwool insulation, which avoids loss of energy.

OVEN UNIVERSAL

Our product is double walled with an outer chamber made of M.S. painted duly with powder and also coated with glass wool insulation between the two walls. Inner wall made out of finest quality of Aluminum/Stainless steel. Heating elements are firmly placed in ribs of the bottom and as well as in sides and thus provide uniform heat, having a temperature ranges from 5°C above ambient to 250°C.

It also has adjustable ventilator fitted on both sides which is provide with ‘L’ shape thermometer fixed at front of the oven.  In order to take control of the temperature it has been equipped with a thermostat with accuracy of ± 1°C. Oven universal is also fitted with main switch and pilot lamp.

Water Still Wall Type

Laminar Horizontal

Laminar Horizontal is the largest buying products that we at APS Instruments manufactured. This product is a complete package unit which is being provided to give clean air to any laboratory. Where there is any hyper critical work, it can perform convincingly well within the minimum contamination and also assures 99.97% removal of airborne particles as 0-3 microns in the work area.

The basic elements are fitted with pre-filters along with heavy duty assembly. Our product also has an in-built technology pre-filter which can be helpful to drawn from HEPA(high efficiency particular air) and filter(Absolute filter) to absolute HEPA  filter. Colony Counter

Colony counter is one of many products that we offer in APS Instruments. Design specifically in order to meet the challenges and requirements of the customer. This is a complete product with a convenient pen which allows marking and counting simultaneously. This device has been enhanced with some additional features where counting is proficiently retransferred at digital panel.

Fitted with resettable solid setting encounter, makes it a product which is very low on cost. To have more close vision, this device has been equipped with a high definition magnifying glass. In order to get the uniformity in light illumination this has been fitted firmly with fluorescent light. Colony counter comes in two different displays one with three digit display ranges from 0 to 999 and the other comes up with four digit display with ranges from 0 to 9999.

Double Distillation

Double distillation is an apparatus, where we at APS Instruments only manufacture the best quality of it. This distillation apparatus consists of flak with heating elements which has been embedded in fine glass and fused in spiral type coil fitted internally in the bottom along with tapered round glass.

Double distillation is made out of joints at the top, walled with a condenser with B-40/B-50 grounded with glass. Talking about joints of our product which works on 220 Volts 50 Cycles AC.  This is a complete product made out of metallic stand rings and also clamps in order to get hold of flaks condenser along with an electrical board and switch. Neon light indicator and connecting cords are also been included for easy handling of this device. All these features are based as per the NPL patent.

Cement Autoclave

Floculator

At APS Instruments we provide world class Floculator.  This unit is designed especially for floc formation test in water treatment plants with variable speed from 30 to 180 RPM 1/20 H.P. Its being mounted on mild steel housing supported by four benches of 9½ height. Stainless steel stirring paddle 1/3’ is attached to rods 10.14" long 1/4" Dia motor with a lifting knob at the top.  It has locking collars at stirring rod which permits adjustable paddle at a height spacing of 6 between the rods that allows usage of 1000ml.

Our Floculators also have beakers arresting directly on bench. This is a complete product with ON/OFF switch and supplied without beakers. PH Meter
