High-class insulation with ‘UUF’ is provided between the two walls to minimize the sweating in humid condition and loss in cooling. The chamber will be mounted on wheels.

The outer chamber and inner chamber is fabricated out of thick stainless steel material. The door is double walled, single/double door fabricated out of thick stainless steel. The door is provided with heavy-duty hinges and is gasketed to effectively seal the chamber when in closed condition. The door is provided locking device.

The outer chamber is made of mild steel sheets powder coated with corrosion and rust proof coating. The inner chamber is made of stainless steel sheets of 304 Grade. Provisions are given in the unit to rise or lower to maximum of 10 cm height. Castor wheels are provided for easy movement.

A spirit level provided inside the chamber aids in maintaining the even level. The unit is insulated by special grade ceramic wool to a thickness of approximately 60 to 75 mm., lock and key arrangement. Air circulation fan assembly with blower and suitable motor incorporated.
