P.V.D.F. and POLYPROPYLENE have a crucial role as reliable material of construction in Chemical Industries for various hard to handle notorious corrosive and hazardous chemicals in various process applications.

POLYPROPYLENE / PVDF MOULDED PROCESS PUMPS

The Horizontal pumps manufactured are of molded constructions in P.V.D.F. or Polypropylene for HCL, HF, and H2SO4 etc. The Impeller is fixed on the shaft threading and is provided with either with ceramic sleeve, extensions in Hastelloy-C, Glass filled Teflon, or Alloy-20 etc, suiting the chemical. 

A positive and reliable shaft sealing is provided to ensure that the liquid does not enter in between the shaft and the sleeve and also does not corrode the non wetted parts easily. The pumps are with Grafoil gland packing or an appropriate Mechanical seal, of generally Sealol Hindustan make or Flowserve sanmmar. 

The Bearing Block Adaptor a connecting piece between volute casing and bearing block is a separate sturdy piece and is made of Glass filled Polypropylene to avoid effect of the corrosion due to liquid leakage through the glands or atmospheric corrosion.

The pumps are available up to 50 m3/hr capacities and maximum heads up to 40 meters. We also offer pumps of Glass filled Polypropylene constructions.
