Manual Capsule Filling Machine PCF 100
The equipment is simple to operate, and gives negligible rejections, with no weight variations. It is ideal for R&D as well as large scale operations.
The loading tray filled with empty capsules is placed on the unit and the cam handle is used to separate the cap from the body. Powder is then filled with the help of a tray and scraper and the pin plate is used to compress it. A lever provided locks the cap and body of the filled capsules. This equipment has an output of 17,000 to 20,000 capsules per 8-hour shift depending on operator skill.

Decapsulation Machine
This equipment has been specially developed for reclaiming powder from filled capsules. The filled capsules are passed through magazines to facilitate cutting of individual capsules by the moving blades provided. This ensures separation of shell and powder, wherein only few traces of gelatine are present in the powder.

Automatic Airjet Bottle Cleaning Machine
The Air Jet Bottle cleaning machine is suitable for cleaning bottles with compressed air and vacuum for dust collection.
Bottles are fed through the S.S. slat conveyor which in turn feeds the bottle to the synchronized rotary carrousel wheel. Bottles are subjected to positive pressure with stage-wise filtered compressed air for blowing & loosening particulate matter, if any. Dust particles that are set loose will be collected under negative pressure by the suction blower provided.

RAPIDMIX - High Shear Mixer Granulator has been developed for mixing of ingredients as well as wet granulation. The multi-bladed impeller is fitted close to the base of the mixing bowl whereas the chopper is mounted on the wall of the mixing bowl. Both the impeller & the chopper have dual-speed options for gently distributing the binder solution as it is added and creating the vortex of the material being mixed.

The Conta Blender gives better mixing efficiency as compared to conventional blenders. Tumbling principle in partial void enables homogenous mixing of active ingredients, additives and raw materials. The rotation of bunker in a diagonally eccentric plane ensures efficient blending.

The Semi Automatic Bottle Cleaning machine works on compressed air and suction blower arrangement. The bottles are placed in inverted position manually on the nozzle. As soon as the bottle is placed, the solenoid valve actuates and filtered compressed air is sprayed inside the bottle and the suction blower sucks the foreign particle if any. After cleaning, the bottles are transferred manually to the filling machine.
It gives an output of 20 to 40 bottles per minute depending on operator skill.
The Liquid Manufacturing Plant is a set of equipments designed for the manufacture of syrups, liquid oral formulations and other water based pharmaceutical products for capacities ranging from 500 ltrs. to 10000 ltrs.
Sugar Dissolving Vessel:
The Sugar Dissolving Vessel is a jacketed cylindrical tank with torrispherical dish ends. A propeller type stirrer is provided for agitating the liquid.
Pre-Filter:
The Sugar Pre Filter is a small tank that contains a mesh, through which the sugar syrup is filtered before being transferred into the manufacturing vessel.
Manufacturing Vessel:
The Manufacturing Vessel is a jacketed cylindrical vessel with torrispherical dish ends and propeller type agitator. The vessel can be provided with a top stirrer or a bottom stirrer arrangement as per customer requirement.
Homogenizer:
The Homogenizer – Tank or Online is used with the manufacturing vessel to reduce particle size and promote uniform mixing.
Storage Vessel:
The Storage Vessel is a cylindrical tank with torrispherical dish ends in which the product may be collected and stored till it has to be transferred to the filling line. It is provided with a propeller type stirrer.
Transfer Pumps:
Two transfer pumps (twin lobe or centrifugal) are used; one to transfer the product from the Manufacturing Vessel to the Storage vessel and another to transfer the product from the Storage Vessel to the filling line.
Vacuum System:
The Vacuum System consists of a vacuum pump and inter-connecting pipeline. It is used for the transfer of sugar and sugar syrup.
Inter-Connecting Pipeline:
The Inter-Connecting Pipeline is provided for the plant as per the layout. All pipes are electro-polished from the inside.
Working Platform:
A suitable Working Platform is provided to help in the maintenance and operation of the plant.Â
Control Panel:
The electrical control panel houses the necessary electrical components and controls needed to operate the plant. Custom built automation can be incorporated to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
The Ointment Manufacturing Plant consists of a set of equipments designed for ointments, gels, creams and lotions for capacities ranging from 5 kg to 1000 kg.
Water Phase Vessel:
The Water Phase Vessel is a jacketed cylindrical tank with torrispherical dish ends. A propeller type stirrer is provided for agitating the liquid.
Wax Phase Vessel:
The Wax Phase Vessel is a jacketed cylindrical tank with torrispherical dish ends. A propeller type stirrer is provided for agitating the wax or oil. A conical filter filters out impurities before the wax is transferred to the manufacturing vessel.
Manufacturing Vessel:
The Manufacturing Vessel is a jacketed cylindrical vessel with a conical bottom and anchor type agitator. It is used to mix the viscous product from the Water and wax phase vessels.
Homogenizer:
The Homogenizer – Tank or Online is used with the manufacturing vessel to reduce particle size and promote uniform mixing.
Storage Vessel:
The Storage Vessel is a tank with a conical bottom in which the product is collected and stored until it has to be transferred to the filling line. It can be provided with an anchor type stirrer and a jacket as per requirement.
Transfer Pump:
The Transfer Pump (twin lobe) is used to transfer the product from the manufacturing vessel to the storage vessel.
Metering Pump:
The Metering Pump is a positive displacement pump through which the product can be transferred to the filling line at a controlled flow rate.
Inter-Connecting Pipeline:
The Inter-Connecting Pipeline is provided for the plant as per the layout. All pipes are electropolished from the inside.
Working Platform:
