Doctor Roll

We manufacture high-precision Doctor Rolls leveraging our quality infrastructure for fabrication, precision grinding, hard chrome plating, super finishing and other miscellaneous operations like dynamic balancing. Our rolls are customized based on individual client's requirements. We stand behind our quality commitment and also recondition old Doctor Rolls with defects such as indentations, pits, pin holes, grooves, etc.

Silver Plating

We offer industrial silver plating for the Electrical industry with purity of 99.9%. We have a semi automatic silver plating plant, which can offer non-tarnishing chrome passivated silver coating with thickness of up to 50 microns. Plating thickness is measured on the Helmut Fisher silver thickness measuring instrument

Hard chrome plating is a hard electro deposit of chromium which is widely used because of its properties like high hardness, wear resistance, corrosion resistance and low co-efficient of friction.

Anand Electroplaters through its knowledge and experience has developed new innovations in anode designs, jigging and masking. We are capable of plating jobs up to 800mm in diameter, 6000mm in length and 5000 kilograms of weight. We offer guaranteed plating with hardness of up to 58-65 HRc and plating thickness as per requirements.

We offer Bright Acid Tin plating with purity of 99.9%. Tin plating offers excellent conductivity, solderability and corrosion protection. It is widely used in the following applications

Pistons

Cylindrical grinding gives good finish and excellent accuracy and it is usually a standard requirement for high accuracy parts.

Super Finish operation involves using finer grit abrasives to achieve very smooth mirror like surface finish. This is advantageous for applications that require exceptional finish, wear resistance, close tolerances and sealing capabilities.

We can achieve roughness (peak to valley distance) of 0.01 Ra and can super finish rolls of dimensions up to 800x6000 mm of weight 5000 kg
