HFCG series of roller press is developed by Hefei Cement Research & Design Institute on the basis of acquired advanced foreign technology. The development was completed with the financial support for scientific and technological research and development project under the state's seventh five years' plans. The first domestic manufactured roller press which was successfully applied into industrial production was launched by Hefei Cement Research & Design Institute on 1989.through the ongoing development was completed with financial support for scientific and technological research and development project under the state's eighth ,ninth and tenth five years' plans, with the overs 20 years' experience of application ,the 3rd generation HFCG Series which owns proprietary intellectual proprietary intellectual property right ,has rational design and performance superiority was launched ,its running rate can reached over 90 % ,it have been entitled States' scientific and technological progress second prize twice .The system with roller press may increase capacity by 50 % ~200 % ,save energy by 20 % ~40 % .Its techno -economic performance have reached advanced international level.
The Vertical Roller Mills developed by AMCL Machinery Limited are based on technical knowhow from Nihon Cement Co. Ltd. Japan. These machines are used for substantial power saving and capacity enhancement in the field of Clinker and Rawmeal Grinding. We have over two decades of experience in supply and installations of Vertical Pre Grinding. We have supplied 30 Installations in India & Middle East.
Principle of Operation
Clinker or Limestone is fed through a central chute in the VRM where centrifugal force, combined with the rotation of the table, distributes product over the table surface. The table and rollers then grind the material, which is then extracted from the VRM by gravity and a little help from a scrapper. A grinding force is transmitted to a set of three rollers at 120 Degree apart through a hydraulic system.

Rotor is the heart of the Mixtron BB mixers. Intensive research and development have gone into the design of this critical component to ensure superior batch mixing. AMCL offers Rotor designs for each mixer model based on the material and conditions of mixing. 2WS Rotors are normally fitted in BB 76 mixers 4 wing H Rotors are for BB 270 mixers.

Operation
The HB type presses have been designed especially for manufacturing and curing the bladders used in the AUBO, BOM and AUTOFORM presses.
The control of the Hydraulic system included in the equipment is designed such that the lower mould half carrying the uncured rubber approaches the upper mould half with high velocity during the first closing stage. Thereby, the total closing period is reduced to a minimum.
In the beginning of the pressing operation the closing speed is slackened automatically in order to obtain slow and uniform compression of the uncured material. After lapse of the curing time, the press opens automatically and the bladders for AUBO and BOM presses are removed from the lower core plate. The bladder for AUTOFORM presses is detached by means of a pneumatic device which can be included in the delivery package on specific order.
The two external mould portions and the core are cured by a direct steam connection.
The press along with the hydraulic power unit is delivered in a "ready for connection" condition, excluding curing platens. The timer/plc for automatic press opening after completion of the curing period as well as the steam / condensate piping are normal features of supply.

Magnetic Drive Pump Materials comprise mainly GFR - PP (Glass Fibre Reinforced Polypropylene) and PVDF ( Polyvinylidene Fluoride).
