Piping Skids

AIM undertakes procurement, manufacture, testing, assembly, hook up and function testing of skid mounted assemblies. Typically, compressor skids, pump skids, metering / proving skids, dosing skids, pig launcher-receiver skids, washing skids etc. Usually skid layout is provided by the overall system designer including the structural and piping drawings. In case designing and detailing of piping, structural frame, pipe supports, equipment supports, platforms etc. is required, AIM could handle them. Design and detailed engineering of static equipment (e.g., filters, knock out drum, surge vessel etc.) could also be done. Prime cost items such as motors, pumps, compressors, blowers, agitators, control system elements, measuring instruments, valves and appurtenances etc. can be purchased and installed based on process system designer’s specifications and data sheets. AIM has the capability to integrate various components such as skid structure, pipe work, static and rotary equipment, electrical system, controls and instrumentation system etc.
